COUNSELING FOR STRESS, SELF ESTEEM, AND TRAUMA
|
I work with individuals navigating challenges related to identity, self-worth, shame, anxiety, and the impacts of intergenerational trauma. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in the mind-body connection. I aim to create a space that is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, where your story is honored and your experiences are met with curiosity and care.
I’m especially interested in supporting clients who are exploring who they are within the context of their relationships, family systems, and cultural backgrounds. My work often centers on helping people build a stronger sense of self, heal from past experiences, and cultivate deeper emotional insight. |
