My mission is to assist clients on their self-exploration journey to help them create meaningful life connections. Through compassion, acceptance, and strength-based support, we will identify unique coping strategies that mirror your personal needs. I earned both my Masters of Science degree in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling and my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University. I have experience working with young adults, adults in transitional periods, and individuals with chronic diseases or medical disabilities. Full disclosure, I am forever a theatre kid and love everything art. Goal achievements may be accompanied by a dance celebration.
