Counseling can have many benefits for the overall mental, emotional and physical health of an individual. If you are experiencing personal struggles, such as anxiety, family conflict, major life transitions, etc. or you are not sure why you are feeling a certain way (sadness, anger, etc.), individual counseling may be the best option for you. Sessions usually last one hour and can occur as often as you feel necessary. In the first few sessions we will get to know each other and explore the struggles you are experiencing. Together we can develop goals and a plan to help process and overcome these challenges.
